What: Toast to Women's History Month at Nido, an Oakland restaurant that's launched a special celebratory drinks menu in collaboration with Mujeres Unidas y Activas (MUA). Each cocktail is inspired by a different Latina icon, including author Isabelle Allende and Presidential Medal of Freedom honoree Dolores Huerta. We can't think of a better way to fete Latina ladies than with shots of tequila and mezcal. Salud!

What: Roka Akor sushi chef Mike Lim is arranging a special, off-menu omakase for foodies who request reservations by direct messaging him on Instagram. Expect a take on the Jackson Square restaurant's signature tasting, which includes Wagyu steak and sushi for $138. Reservations must be made at least one week in advance at @ChefMikeLim.
