With row after row of booth after booth, shopping at design festivals can be pretty overwhelming. Heck, browsing Etsy online is daunting enough.
But wait...shopping is supposed to be fun, right? Well, to help ease the pain, we filtered through the full load of 130 designers and selected our top picks for the CAPSULE Urban Air Market, this Sunday in Hayes Valley. It's simple -- look through the gallery, mark your favorites, grab a cone at Smitten, and get your shop on.
The free annual festival will cover 4 city blocks around Hayes Green (that little park in Hayes Valley with the ginormous statue), and will feature everything from housewares and doggie rain coats, to lingerie and paper goods -- all made by independent designers (many of them local and eco-friendly). Tip: We're guessing most vendors have hopped on the Square train by now, but maybe bring a little cash, just in case.
