Their shiny, new, multi-level space (8,200 square feet!) in the heart of Union Square's shopping district will match the creative spirit of San Francisco by not only offering us their largest selection of sneakers, apparel, and accessories, but an entire section called Converse Customization, where you'll be able to make your perfect pair Chucks and screen-print apparel and footwear items with your own ideas or amazing graphics dreamed up by Converse's designers. Anything is possible.
And have you seen how Converse is celebrating the store opening? They're throwing a free concert series from June 23 to 27 at Slim's, featuring some of the biggest names in the game, like Juicy J, Mastodon, DIIV, High On Fire, Hot Chip, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, Blackalicious, and many more. The grand opening of the Converse San Francisco store will be Friday, June 28 at 10 am. Be there to be among to first to grab your own pair of Converse's cool San Francisco-centric high tops (seen above). The store’s operating hours will be Monday through Saturday, 10 am to 8 pm, and Sunday, 11 am to 7 pm.
